We get a lot of questions about what makes us different. Are we a CrossFit gym, is it a bootcamp... While I always say no to both, and spare you all a lecture on energy systems or periodization, I thought I would share with our community the workouts that we are doing at SASC.

:30 prowler sprint

*rest 3-4 minutes in between rounds

Single leg DL 3x10/10

 

Hip Thrust 3x15

 

Strict leg raise or reverse crunch 3x15
