Its March, we are 3 months into the new year and by now you're either killing your new years resolution or you've completely fallen off. If the latter fits you then listen up...
We are doing a 28 day reset. It's a small nutrition "challenge" for everyone to clear their heads, focus on the present, and start checking off their old goals once and for all.
This go around we are going to make things a little more motivating. Everyone will be placed in a team, the number of people in your team will depend on the number of participants in this challenge.
You'll be expected to have a food log, either pen and paper or useing an app, and you'll be expected to buy a food scale. It's a simple tool that everyone NEEDS to be using in their kitchen on a daily basis. I will be sending our weekly meal ideas, and you are encouraged to follow them. There will be guidelines on alcohol consumption, as well as eating out. So get ready for it because it's going to take some work, but it's nothing that you all can't handle!
If you're interested, sign up on the clipboard at the gym. We will have weigh ins, measurments, and before and after pictures. The absolute last day to schedule your weigh in and measurments is March 23rd. The challenge will start the 23rd and end on 4/20 (the day of our Member Appreciation Party).
